Acho que isto \u00e9 muito humano. J\u00e1 ouvi algu\u00e9m dizer que s\u00f3 mudamos quando a dor de mudar se torna menor do que a dor de continuar na mesma. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ver o meu pai, com 75 anos, a lutar com a sua sa\u00fade, o corpo a gritar que j\u00e1 chega de certos alimentos e bebidas que j\u00e1 n\u00e3o consegue processar, e ainda assim v\u00ea-lo a comer e beber o que n\u00e3o deve, acreditando que os comprimidos o v\u00e3o salvar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eu sei como esta hist\u00f3ria acaba. Eventualmente, os comprimidos v\u00e3o deixar de fazer efeito ou at\u00e9 causar o efeito contr\u00e1rio, piorando ainda mais a situa\u00e7\u00e3o. Mas sei perfeitamente que n\u00e3o adianta sequer tentar dizer nada, porque como diz o ditado portugu\u00eas, \u201cO pior cego \u00e9 aquele que n\u00e3o quer ver.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9 f\u00e1cil ver solu\u00e7\u00f5es para os outros; mas quando se trata de n\u00f3s pr\u00f3prios, podemos ser igualmente ceg@s. Resistimos \u00e0 mudan\u00e7a, procuramos o conforto, a seguran\u00e7a do que conhecemos, mesmo quando j\u00e1 n\u00e3o nos serve. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta can\u00e7\u00e3o fala de padr\u00f5es, ciclos k\u00e1rmicos, ou o que quiserem chamar-lhes. A\u00e7\u00f5es que continuamos a repetir, mesmo sabendo que nos magoam, mas que, por alguma raz\u00e3o, n\u00e3o conseguimos deixar de fazer. Mas fala disto com sentido de humor. Ver o humor, o rid\u00edculo, nos nossos padr\u00f5es mais escuros e dolorosos \u00e9 o in\u00edcio da mudan\u00e7a. Quando come\u00e7amos a levar-nos menos a s\u00e9rio, abrimos espa\u00e7o para que a transforma\u00e7\u00e3o aconte\u00e7a. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Portanto <em>Here We Go Again<\/em> \u00e9 o come\u00e7o dessa mudan\u00e7a \u2014 n\u00e3o s\u00f3 no tom, mas tamb\u00e9m na energia. \u00c9 mais leve, menos s\u00e9ria e densa do que os outros singles. \u00c9 o in\u00edcio da aceita\u00e7\u00e3o do que \u00e9, para finalmente abrirmos espa\u00e7o ao que pode vir a ser. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Here we Go Again<\/em>, dispon\u00edvel <a href=\"https:\/\/distrokid.com\/hyperfollow\/sandraloureno\/here-we-go-again\">aqui<\/a>.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It hurts&#8230; but it hurts more to stay away.
